OEM Numbers
Some products may have the Original Equipment Manufacturer number placed against them. These numbers have been entered for your convenience and in no way does this mean that O.E.M parts will be supplied.

Shipping
Your order will not be processed by Tractor Imports if the shipping cost quoted during the checkout process is less than the true cost of shipping your order. Instead, you will be notified by email of the new shipping charge. At this point you can either approve the additional shipping cost or cancel your order. If it is found that you have been over charged for shipping your order will be processed using the reduced shipping cost.

Credit Cards
We do not store Credit Card details in our database. Credit card information is only used for the processing of payments.

Returns
Simply email parts@tractorimports.com.au obtain a return authorization, provide full details of your original order:
Order ID
Order date
Your name
Your email address

You must include the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.

Our Returns Policy

Tractor Imports will only accept returns if an item:

• is found to be damaged or defective
• has been incorrectly supplied
• is in its original condition with original packaging and accessories
• was orignally purchased from Tractor Imports
  

Exchange / Refunds

We will refund or exchange items as long as the conditions in the Returns Policy are met. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive an exchange/refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your exchange/refund.

Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.

All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Please note that if your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
